The BUGATTI Web
Jacob's Bugatti Pages

Here is list of all models of classic Bugattis from Molsheim; the children of "le Patron".
The Bugatti factory always resided in Molsheim, Alsace district, but the border between Germany and France moved, so that before WW-I it existed in Germany, and after in France.
During WW-II it was occupied by the Germans again.
As you will note the first Molsheim Bugatti is Type 10. The previous nine are:
Type 1: Four-engine Quadricycle project for Prinetti & Stucchi (1900)
Type 2: Gulinelli sponsored, Bugatti designed car shown at Milan Auto Show (1901)
Types 3,4,5: Cars designed for DeDietrich (1901-)
Types 6,7 were originally German patents, dated 11/4-1902 and 4/9-1904 (What these patents represent I do not know), but were probably later relocated to (or actually were) the Hermes cars.
Types 8,9: Deutz cars model 8 and 9.
Please, help in making this list complete and full of info.
