1:43 scale model of a 1925 Type 39 "Voiturette", with the characteristic fenders.
Model manufactured by L'Orangerie Moderne.

Type 39 was a 1.5 liter variation of Type 35 and premiered in 1926.
A few of these cars have a somewhat odd body (wider than the GP car) with very characteristic fenders to make them fit into the regulations of the "Voiturette" class.
Only 15 Type 39 and 39A (blown) where made from 1926 to 1929, of these were five of the Voiturette variation.
I have been told about Types 39C and 39D; can anyone confirm the existence of such cars?
