Type 56, electric cart for transport around the Molsheim factory.
Photo: Jacob Munkhammar, Reference
Type 56 was an electric cart for person transport within the Bugatti factory. It had a very oldfashioned design and looked like a turn-of-the-century horse-less carrriage.Probaly designed with a lot of humour. I think it's funny anyway.
This is actually the second electric Bugatti, the first is Type 52.
The electric motor is fitted directly to the back axle.
